Kath Ryan

Kath has been in sport for 30 years. She has competed at State level in squash, worked for Squash Victoria and coached at all levels. Kath has led the La Trobe Squash Club for 5 years, obtaining grant funding to involve hearing impaired young people in sport. She is also employed by Active After School Care to introduce kids in school to squash and yoga. Kath is a Level 2 qualified Purna Yoga instructor and a registered member of Yoga Australia. Kath has 3 gorgeous children, husband and is a passionate extreme sport participant. Kath recognises the importance of being active and looking after bodies that may have injury from sport. Her extensive coaching experience makes her an inspiring and motivating yoga instructor.

Patricia Keen

Pat is a Division 1 Registered Nurse and has worked in hospitals and medical clinics for 30 years. She is passionate about helping people to recover from illness or injury and to achieve the best state of health possible. Pat also has a special interest in Ayurvedic medicine. She has a brown belt in Wing Chun (Kung-fu). She is a Level 2 qualified Purna Yoga instructor and a registered member of Yoga Australia. Pat has a daughter and her husband is a physiotherapist who has worked with AFL clubs. This means that Pat bring her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and how the body works to her yoga practice.
